Reconnect with nature and recharge your health—one trail at a time. Our Hiking for Health series takes you to some of the most beautiful outdoor destinations in Kentucky and Virginia, combining gentle adventure, community, and wellness.

Whether you’re chasing waterfalls, walking beneath natural arches, or exploring underground wonders, each hike is designed to support physical health, mental clarity, and connection with others.


🌄 Spring Hiking Series Locations

🪨 Devil’s Market House Arch & Broke Leg Falls

Menifee County, KY

A scenic hike featuring natural rock formations and a peaceful waterfall—perfect for grounding and fresh air.


💧 Flat Lick Falls Trail & Big Turtle Trailhead

Jackson County, KY
📅 April 24th
Lush forest paths and cascading water make this a refreshing hike focused on movement and mindfulness.


🌉 Red River Gorge

Slade, KY

Iconic views, natural bridges, and unforgettable scenery. A must-see destination that fuels both body and spirit.


🌊 Guest River Gorge Trail

Coeburn, VA

A tranquil trail with river views and gentle terrain—ideal for steady pacing and stress relief.


🦇 Mammoth Cave National Park

Our final destination explores the world’s longest cave system and surrounding trails—a rewarding finish to the series.

Participants must attend at least three previous hikes to be eligible for the final trip.
